Pay Anyone - I want to transfer money via a text message or email.
With the native bill pay, your bill pay and Pay Anyone features are built right into online banking.
Use Pay Anyone to make a P2P (person to person) transfer money with a text or email.

Make a Transfer via Text or Email
- To make a P2P transfer select the Pay
Anyone button from Pay & Transfer.
- If you don't see Pay Anyone, this feature is not available.
- Click Send a New Payment.
- Select the recipient from the drop-down menu or enter a new name
in the field provided.
- When entering a name, you must enter the first and last name or an error message will appear preventing the payment.
- Select to send the payment message via email or text message. Enter a mobile phone number or email address.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the amount of the transfer and select the your account that will make the payment. Optionally enter a memo that will appear in your Account History.
- Click Continue.
- Enter a security question and its answer. Only the question is sent to the recipient in the text or email. For security purposes, you must relay the answer yourself in a separate communication.
- Click Continue.
- Click Send Payment.
- You will see a confirmation message.
- A message is sent immediately to the recipient. You also receive a confirmation email.
Cancel a Transfer Made via Text or Email
As long at the recipient has not yet collected on the P2P payment, the payment can be canceled.
- Find the payment in the Payment History section. Expand the view.
- Click Cancel Payment.
- A confirmation screen appears. Click Cancel Payment. (NOTE: At this point the recipient has already been sent a message.)
- Both you and the recipient will receive notification that the transfer has been canceled.
